Refund policy

At ACCESSGREEN Ltd., we take pride in the quality of our signage products. As our signs are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@accessgreen.ie with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
